Metamorphosis opens tonight. Come see it. There is a pool.
This morning I realized that the film in my camera was messed up, so I'm pretty sure all the pictures I took aren't going to come out. I'm very angry. I've decided to use my graduation money and all the money I make this summer to buy a Canon Digital Rebel. I don't know what kind yet, I'll just see how much money I have...
I was going to post pictures but I can't find any good ones..

Ode to Brady
Today I tried to make ice cream in a bag, for my chemistry project. However I added salt to the wrong bag, and JP threw it off the balcony, so everyone laughed because I am dumb
JP and I wrote a poem for dear old Mr. Brady.
It goes like this:
Ode to Brady
There once was a man named Brady
We find him kind of shady
He used to sell Avon
Now we just call him Boron
He taught us to tap dance (shuffle ball change)
And it was kind of strange
He made Laurel sit next to a plant
Now he must hear us rant.
a poetic masterpiece by Jp and Lc
Bufoo told me to do school work. Doesn't she know blogging is more important?!
Have a fabulous day

Here Come Battle Scars
So I was hanging out at Wilson's yesterday with my best pal Seth and we had a grand time. First, we wrote songs and choreographed dances. This made a lot of people want to shop at Wilson's! Next, Heski went on a voyage to the hot dog stand to see if they were selling cotton candy. They weren't. Finally, an old gypsy came into the store and told me I was beautiful and he told Seth that he was a slick Huckleberry Hound who had girl bangs, was as ugly as a dog, and talked too fast. Poor Seth.
Later, I dropped by Seth's place to see how he was doing. While I was there, I met a man who told me he hates all women. I left promptly. Luckily, I made it out alive.

screw this
I was under the impression that the last two weeks of senior year I would not be doing homework. Now I have more work than I have ever had before.
English project (thats ok though)
Chemistry project (which is fine because we actually have been given time to do that)
What am I most angry about though is the random three page government paper that was assigned today (after three days of testing) and easily over 100 math problems that I still have to do.
I guess I am just not going to sleep anymore, since I also work 30 hours this week and 44 hours next week. GREAT!
I hate everything and everyone
(yes I am pissed)

Waking Life
Cranky had me watch a film titled Waking Life, and I loved it! I actually started watching it two years ago in my Sociology class, but I wasn't into it then (maybe because I was a sophomore... or I was distracted by the hot senior boys in the corner). The film is about a young man who is stuck in a dream that consists of a serious of conversations about human interaction, shared consciousness, lucid dreaming, death, etc. The dream stuff totally freaked me out (dreams are another form of reality, and death is just a dream that you can never wake up from (this was one theory discussed)). It was also said that while lucid in a dream, you have all sorts of knowledge available to you.
Tonight I am going to meditate (sort of) in hopes of achieving lucidity in my dreams. If I discover any life secrets, I will let you know.

I wish
So I was asked to answer this question on facebook.
WHAT YOU WISH YOU HAD DONE
and
WHAT YOU WISH YOU HADN'T DONE
at Marshwood over the past four years?
It can be funny or serious, it doesn't matter.. it just has to be appropriate enough for the school newspaper..
it doesn't have to be exactly what you wish you had done and not done, just like.. regrets, things you wish you tried out for, a test you wish you studied for ..
whatever.
My Answer:
I wish Mrs.Mullaly taught me how to knit.
I wish I did not have a Cranky English teacher, who deprived me of reading "Kite Runner

My Turn
Dear Editor,
I think it's terribly ironic that your title is Editor, when your article is in dire need of editing. Have you ever heard of spellcheck? That was a rhetorical question, because judging by your newspaper article, you haven't. Your lack of proper punctuation use, your constant misspelling of words, and your sentence fragments nauseate me. You are definitely not "one of the smartest most respectable person in the school." Have you ever even taken an English class? I think a lack of knowledge of English grammar is more embarrassing to the school than confidently dressed girls. And I'll wear spandex if I want to.
PS. Using multiple exclamation points seriously undermines your intelligence. Especially in a newspaper article!!!

Dear Everyone,
I am currently reading the novel Herzog, by Saul Bellow. In it, the main character, Moses Herzog, writes letters to old friends, old acquaintances, politicians, scientists, dead people, and many others. He is in the process of a terrible divorce (his wife left him for his best friend and is acting the victim (by proclaiming his insanity) and trying to seduce everyone he knows to her side). Writing the letters is his way, I feel, of dealing with what happened. He writes because he is unable to understand why things turned out this way: he is in a perpetual state of confusion about the whole ordeal. And as he comes closer and closer to the edge of sanity, he writes more and more letters that he will never send and some that he couldn't send even if he wanted to.
In order to better understand his mentality (and just because I felt like it, really), I too have started writing letters. I write to Herzog as I read the novel, but I also write to other people. It's becoming increasingly therapeutic.
I will be posting select letters in the future, but they are not nearly as intelligent, detailed, or important as Herzog's.

I was going to do calculus, but...
So, we just got and XBox 360, and I love it. My brother and I just played Halo 3 on XBox Live for the past two hours. We lost every game except one where we dominated. It felt good to beat down the same players over and over again with uncontested brutal strength. I love video games.

At least I don't have tennis elbow ;-)
AP CHEM TEST TOMORROW. C's worked out for me today in Latin, lets hope they do the same tomorrow. (Since this test is really going to decide my future and colleges are really going to care about it and all)

2 down 1 to go (well kind of)
Hope you all had a fabulous time taking the AP Lit test. I only slightly had a negative attitude, and that was mainly because I was FREEZING.
Thanks for the snacks Cranky Man! Well at least I think you were the one who bought them.

I am alive
I have not posted in a zillion years, because I am a dork and I study.
We are going to do a media project in Gov. I am so doing it on blogging, so Blog! will finally come to a use. Hopefully the gov master wont deny my proposal on blogging and draw three mad faces on it.
I can't wait until the AP chem test. Seriously, mine is going to be funny.
Have a fabulous AP calc test tomorrow

Rock Band
I really really really want to start a band! Too bad I'm a musical disaster.
If anyone is really good at writing music, and wants to start a band with someone who stands around and pretends like they're playing guitar, just leave me a comment...
Seriously though...
