I'm at UMass and it's super fun! But it's really, really hot. I only brought jeans so I'm dying. I got my MacBook yesterday, but I can't use it here because the rooms don't lock and my mom is really afraid it's going to get stolen.
I just signed up for classes! I'm taking French, Linguistics, Writing, Astronomy, and Psychology. I'm really excited. It sucks though because you can only take art classes if you're an art major.
I don't have to go to lunch until 11:45 and I finished signing up for classes really early so I don't have anything to do. I could go to my room and pack, but there is no air conditioning there.
Yay for college!

We love blogging and our high school period 2 English class. We hate backstabbers and ugly potato heads. Sometimes we watch the Disney Channel and Arrested Development. We also like to watch movies. A lot. Our English teacher was cranky and since we want to be just like him we are too.

Linguistics??? Jesus. That is crazy. The course will be REALLY awesome or REALLY awful.
You should find out what happens when you get a 5 on your Lit exam--you should be able to pass out of your writing course (if you want to). Not sure about UMass's policies, though.
Macs rule.
If I happen to get a four or a five on the AP Lit, then I don't have to take the course and I get credits. So we'll see.
The advisor I had said his Linguistics class was cool. And it's either that or Calculus.
Macs do rule, I'm on mine now and I looovvveee it!
